Understanding how bookings work is essential for a smooth experience. Below are the detailed protocols for making, managing, and modifying reservations.
Your account security is our top priority. We have implemented rigorous standards to protect your data and identity.
Hosts on LuxeStays are held to high standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
Cleanliness: Hosts must follow LuxeStays' 5-step enhanced cleaning process. This includes sanitizing high-touch surfaces, using approved cleaning products, and washing linens at high temperatures.
Accuracy: Listing photos and descriptions must accurately reflect the property. Misleading listings are subject to removal and penalties.
Communication: Hosts are expected to respond to guest inquiries and booking requests within 24 hours. High response rates are required to maintain Superhost status.
In the rare event of a dispute between a Guest and a Host, LuxeStays provides a structured resolution process.
Resolution Center: Users can use the Resolution Center to request or send money for things related to an LuxeStays trip, such as damages or missing items. If a settlement cannot be reached within 72 hours, LuxeStays can step in to mediate.
AirCover: Our comprehensive protection program includes AirCover for Guests (booking protection guarantee, check-in guarantee, get-what-you-booked guarantee) and AirCover for Hosts ($1M liability insurance, $1M damage protection).
